Mr. Saikumar S is a seasoned civil engineer with over four decades of experience in the construction and infrastructure sector. A proud alumnus of the College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram (CET), he graduated in 1984 with a B.Sc in Civil Engineering.
He began his professional journey with the Kerala State Public Works Department (PWD) as an Assistant Engineer, where he contributed to several key development initiatives. Notably, he played a significant role in the Kuttanad Water Balance Study Project, a prestigious Dutch-assisted venture aimed at improving water management and sustainability in the region.
In 1994, driven by his passion for innovation and quality in construction, Mr. Saikumar took a new path—establishing his own construction company. Since then, he has successfully led numerous residential, Residential, and infrastructure projects, earning a reputation for technical excellence, integrity, and timely project delivery.
His deep understanding of civil engineering principles, combined with decades of hands-on experience, continues to guide the company toward creating enduring structures that reflect both functionality and aesthetic value.
